Supreme Court upholds ACA subsidies

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday, June 25, 2015, that subsidies used to purchase health insurance on the federally facilitated marketplace are legal.  The 6-3 decision in King v. Burwell means that tax credits continue to be valid in the 34 FFM states.

Florida Hospital and Blue Cross

Florida Hospital and Florida Blue have reached an agreement in principle in contract negotiations.  Florida Blue will extend its existing contract with Florida Hospital through June 30, 2015 and Florida Blue customers will remain in-network of Florida Hospital.  A new contract will be effective July 1, 2015.
