The process by which we provide excellence in group benefits begins with planning. From our initial interview and subsequent discussions with you, we work to develop a picture not only of what type of product you want , but what type of product you need. From there we work with over a dozen insurance companies to design the best and most appropriate plan for you. Working with such a large number of companies operates to your advantage because we know that one company cannot be all things to all people.

As a second step, we present a comprehensive comparison of the various options available, highlighting the “pros & cons” of each. Ultimately, we will recommend one or two of the choices for your final consideration – choices that we feel best suit both your needs and wants. As your health care advocate, we take our commitment to you seriously and serve you by providing comprehensive information, the latest in legislation, and industry trends, knowing that informed clients make the best decisions.

Finally, once the selection process is completed, we arrange group enrollment meetings and employee information seminars. This ensures smooth implementation of the plan and that the employees understand the program, what it provides and how it works. On-going service calls, at least quarterly, mid- and/or year-end reviews, depending on case size, round out the basic services tailored for you. In addition, For Your Benefit newsletters, designed to promote healthy employees, are distributed seasonally. For the plan administrator with 20 or more employees, copies of Benefit Plan Developments are faxed monthly to assist with information and compliance. This ensures complete satisfaction with your benefits program and its smooth operation.
